There is good news for the job aspirants. NHPC Limited has invited applications from candidates to apply for Junior Engineer posts. Eligible candidates can apply for Junior Engineer Posts through the official site of NHPC at nhpcindia.com. The last date to apply for these posts is 07-02-2022. A total of 133 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. The registration process has started from 07-02-2022

Junior Engineer (Civil): 68 Posts.
Junior Engineer (Electrical): 34 Posts.
Junior Engineer (Mechanical): 31 Posts.
Selection will be like this:
As per the notification, candidates registered online with NHPC and filling all the required information as per eligibility criteria will be provisionally allowed for Computer Based Online Test. Based on the merit of the Online Test, the finally selected candidates will be given appointment.
Application fee to be paid
As per the notification, candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 295 (including GST @ 18%) through online mode. SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen category candidates are not required to pay the application fee. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates willing to apply should apply as soon as possible. As the last date approaches, the load on the site may be high, due to which you may have to face problems.

What is NHPC JE 2022 Exam Eligibility?
NHPC JE 2022 exam eligibility is prescribed by the NHPC along with the official notification. The candidates are required to fulfil the age limit and qualification. All the candidates must have a 1st Class full time regular Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. The age to apply for NHPC JE is up to 30 years.
Is there any negative marking in the NHPC JE recruitment exam?
Yes, but only for multiple-choice questions. For each correct MCQ answer, one mark will be awarded. For each wrong answer attempted by the candidates, negative marking (i.e. 0.25 mark) would be deducted. All descriptive questions will be worth ten points each, with no negative marking.
